A relationship manager who will work with the Account Manager and Sales Director to provide excellent service to our customers but also to retain new customers.

  • Communicates both internally and externally in an unambiguous, clear manner and checks that your message has been understood.

  • You are proactive and constantly take the initiative. You always automatically ask yourself how the management of Horrex will reason. You then anticipate this.

  • You realize the dynamics of a company operating in a demanding market and you act accordingly.

  • Masters the Dutch and English language well. A good command of, for example, French and/or German is an advantage.

  • Have a completed commercial MBO, HBO or university education.

What you will do

  • In cooperation with the Account Manager, you ensure periodic and systematic contact with the customers for the highest possible quality input for the sales forecast. You then process this in the systems.

  • In cooperation with the Account Manager you are in contact with the customer to make a good analysis of claims, determine the corrective actions as well as processing and recording the claims in the systems.

  • In cooperation with the Account Manager you will make offers and monitor the progress and follow-up.

  • You will provide input for the various commercial reports. You will analyze the sales reports (quality, customers, product groups, regions, etc.) and initiate the appropriate actions together with the Account Manager.

  • You process the incoming sales orders in the ERP system.

  • You manage the manuals/datasheets and other product information sources.

  • You manage the incoming mail and phone.

  • You conduct research on potential new markets, opportunities and use this to try to gain new customers.

  • You analyze the market and report where necessary to management or the Account Manager.
